Where can I take online courses in California that let me use the Cal Vet Fee Waiver?

I’m taking classes in person at a community college soon and they have no online classes available. I wanted to take some at Berkeley but I think that by "Extension fees are no longer eligible for waiver under the benefits provided through Cal-Vet and for veterans’ dependents under the California Education Code." that means I can’t do them…
Are there any colleges in California that have open online classes I can take and use my fee waiver?
