I’m thinking about going to college for video game design, but none of the schools in my area offer the courses. I looked into itt tech but read a lot of reviews saying their degree was worthless. What are some good, accredited video game schools?

I’m attending the university of phoenix online, in business. I am a little worried whether or not this type of degree is respected among employers, and if it really is as good as going to college in real-life.

If you’re going to college and getting unemployment just after getting out of the Marine Corps, do you have show proof you’re searching for a job? I didn’t think you did if you were attending school…

ok well, I got homeschooled this whole year, but I still need math 12. So, I’m going to take it over the summer in summer school. I’m also taking English 12 online via a home learner’s programs. where i live in order to get into a university you need to have 3 academic courses and english 12. So, I’m thinking about taking biology 12 with math 12 in summer school as well. What i’m wondering is, do you think that’s a bad idea? because math 12 is a very hard course and biology 12 is all memorizing and ontop of that, i also ahve to complete english 12 online? So should I just take math 12 in summer school or do u think i should take biology 12 as well. I’m also not too sure about going to college (university), I might just go to community college, but I’m not too sure yet. What do u think??

I have searched and searched and searched and not a single college I have found offers an online degree in any sort of science major. I am currently going to college for Environmental Science, but am willing to change my major to Botany or something in the earth sciences to be able to take some classes online. I am getting ready to have a baby and will be a single mom, I cannot work full time, go to school full time and raise a baby unless I can find an alternative to in the classroom studies, at least for the next couple of years.
Science classes. I have to stress that I am looking for online SCIENCE classes. Not criminal justice, not business, not nursing. Science. Something to do with earth science, in particular.

If anyone has any experience with online colleges, please help! My mom wants to go back to school, but since she is working full time at a private school she cannot take classes at a campus. She needs a totally online degree, but with the freedom to go at her own pace since certain times of the school year she is swamped with work. She prefers to get a Bachelors in Information Technology. Also, a lot of the schools we have found run about twice as much as local universities, is this normal for an online course? They also require 60 more credits than local universities- do the count credit hours differently? We want to make sure it is a reliable accredited college. She is lost searching among hundreds of schools online and I’m not much help since I’m confused as well. I don’t want this frustration to make her give up going to college. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

ok well, im taking classes online. eng 12, bio 12, language 12 and math 12. i am taking all of this to get into university. the arts faculty. was thinking about doing psychology. and after my undergraduate i wanted to try for law school. the thing is, i am really interested in biology and now i'm considering going into the field of sciences to major in biology. but i've got a problem, with the classes i'm taking right now there's no way i can get into the faculty of sciences. which is why i'm contemplating going to college instead. it's waay easier to get into college. i mean all you need where i live is english 12. i really want to do biology now butt i feel stupid going to college. everyone in my family so far has been going straight to university. so, i don't feel like going to college. in a way, going to college means your not that intelligent. no offence to those who go to college (this is just my way of thinking.) anyways, i don't knwo what to do.

also, i've got another question
i was probing one of the college sites and i came across this: Biology courses are a prerequisite for Programs in the Health Sciences, Sport Science and Agricultural Sciences. University transfer courses allow students to transfer into the third year of a number of program fields including Medicine, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Kinesiology and Environmental Science.
is it really possible to go into medicine after two years of an associate degree?
