Due to some unfortunate circumstances I need a language course in order to graduate from my university and don’t want to take it here. So instead Im looking for an accredited school that offers online courses, preferably in Spanish. My school (on the quarter system) requires it to be equivalent to a Spanish 3 course here.
As of now, Ive found University of Phoenix but that’s it. Anyone know of any others?

Hi I am hoping someone can help me for I am in desperate need of advice. I got my high school diploma from John Adams High School , which is a school online. I have been trying to get into an online college and they won’t accept me because they say i need to go and get my GED because the diploma I have is no good. The colleges state that my diploma is more for students that are distant learning and there for they can not accept it even if it is an accredited school…So I guess what i am asking is if anyone knows who would accept my high school diploma…any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I am specifically interested in which accredited universities would accept a transfer of the credits from the mechanical engineering assocites degree obtained from Penn Foster (online DETC-accredited school). It is my understanding that regionally accredited schools do not accept DETC credits unless they are possibly ACE reviewed (some Penn FOster courses are ACE but I do not know about the engineering ones) and this does not guarantee that colleges will accept it even so. Interested specifically in Univ of Maryland, and northern NJ (near NY) colleges (for obtaining Bachelor’s in Engineering by transferring Penn FOster credits from Assoc. degree). This may be helpful but I dont know if hte Guide is as specific as what I want to know:
http://www.elearners.com/college/pfc/
http://www.pennfostercollege.edu/mecheng/index.html
Maybe someone has already done this and knows personally?
Thanks a lot for info.

I’m looking for interactive online courses to learn Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and perhaps Flash for web design. I would prefer if it was some sort of accredited school so I could gain college credit.
Thanks

I am looking for a medical transcription (on campus not online) course in San Antonio from an accredited school (Techskills is not accredited). If not in san antonio, then between medina and san antonio texas. A class that is in depth enough to take the state RMT exam after completion.
Googled till my head and eyes hurt. Please help. Thank you.

I’m a Secondary Education and History major at Albright College. I have all my history an education requirements taken care of (after this semester) except for Geography. They used to offer a course, but then the teacher retired and no other teachers picked it up.
It is the last class that I need to fulfill my graduation requirements and I don’t want to leave it up to "chance" that Albright will find someone to teach it. The registrar told me that I can take the course online as long as it is from an accredited school and it is considered equivalent to a regular college course.
What college/site do you recommend? Do you know of any that have a Geography course? I can’t find anything myself and my mom can’t seem to tell the different between Geography and Geology (science), so I want to see what Yahoo Answerers have to offer…
Any experience with online colleges? Please tell me you know of one that offers a college-level course in Geography!

Would anyone know of a good accredited school to choose? I’ve spoke with University of Phoenix, and their saying it will take 2 to 3 years. I’m trying to get this done in months.

I'm looking for advice on obtaining an online marketing degree from a state school. Due to working full time and being relatively far from the nearest university I am considering finishing my degree through Oregon State's online courses. It's a fully accredited school recognised by the CHEA and the U.S Department of Education. Will it show in my records that this degree was obtained online? Will this influence potential employers view of my degree?
Thank you!
