Can anyone help out… I see a lot of online courses but what is the best way to get a degree in this field. I do have 3 years of college and only would be able to go for about a year and a half to 2 years. I am uncertain what would be my best options can anyone help.

I graduated from college 3 years ago with a major in biology from a good liberal arts college. My GPA was 3.4, but my lowest grades were all in my science courses. I’m FASCINATED by biology and geology, but it’s really hard for me to understand some of the concepts — particularly when it came to "little science" (chemistry and cellular biology). I can’t seem to get it together enough to do well in the field that I am most interested in pursuing. I don’t think I’m smart enough to get my Ph.D. but I can’t stop thinking about it.
I am currently a science teacher at the middle school level. I love teaching science, but every now and then I go online and look at the course descriptions for PhD programs and nearly start crying — I want to do that so badly!
I have a master’s degree in education and a 3.9 GPA in my master’s program. Again, my undergrad GPA was 3.4. I took the GRE’s my senior year of college. I got a 620 Verbal; 700 Quantitative and 4.5 Analytical Writing.
Anyone have advice for me? Should I just go for it and start applying? Is there anything I can do to make my dreams more accessible?

About 3 years ago I started a new profession and became acquainted with a coworker. We developed a friendship. We would have lunch on the weekends, meet up and go shopping things like that. Talked on the phone about two or three times a week. We talked about our relationships, she had a boyfriend i am married. In the last 3 years, she started working some where else and just this last summer I’ve moved to another state. But we still contact each other.
Well in july her boyfriend up and broke up with her and moved away. She was devastated since they, well she, was expecting him to propose soon. I was there for her, she called me maybe 6 or 7 times a day. Sometime crying or drunk, but i’ve been through a break up like that so I tried to comfort her. Well here it is almost 5 months later and she is still going through it. I’ve suggested counseling even invited her to my church back home because I felt that’s what she needed. My husband even set her up with one of his friends. But this guy was only good enough when she was lonely. But he has since moved on because she called and texted him all day.
My problem is she calls me 4 and 5 times a day and gets mad if I don’t answer. When we do talk, it’s always about her and her ex or some random guy. Sometimes I text her just cause i know she’s lonely. But as soon as I do she calls instead of texting back. Or if I update my facebook or myspace status, within 10 mins she calls. She says " I see you are online, so you must be up or have nothing to do". I have two small children and a husband so my time is pretty much taken up. I get off work at 4pm, but when I get home I see she has called at 3:30 or at 4:15. And when i do get home I have to cook dinner, help with homework, but she calls as soon as I walk through the door. Things like that. Sometimes I feel like I’m dating her.lol… I don’t know what to do. When has a friendship run its course? I’m not the kind of person to turn my back on someone, but she needs help and I’m not sure I have the means or energy to deal with her. I’ve tried to be subtle about it, but she’s not getting it. I don’t want to be rude and say don’t call me as much or whatever, cause that’s the same things her ex’s are telling her and the new guys she tries to date obviously are feeling the same way. What would a true friend do?
We both are in education. I was wondering how she calls so much and do her job. Well she called the other day upset cause her boss is putting her on an improvement plan. that was probably my chance to say something…

Hi Guys
I hope you can help me out on this. Qualified people working in the healthcare field are free to tell it as it is too!
I just finished up an MBA and a Masters in Strategic Marketing, but am moving back to the States next year because as a native English speaker in France (husband is French—but he can make the move with me as he works in software) since 3 years despite my qualifications, I just couldn’t advance in my career—after a year and a half I finally landed a position as an intern, but with no job offer in sight
I am aiming to get into the health care sector as it looks promising in terms of careers and career progression. So should I go ahead and do a Masters in Health Administration or just do an Associates since I already have general business competencies? I’ve read that the industry is pretty competitive and that a Masters in Health related studies only qualifies you for an entry level position –which is fine by me! I just want to start working again! Am willing to pay my dues!
I would be doing it online from University of Phoenix(expensive!!!) while I hopefully will have a small job in NY or NJ to pay my bills and my tuition (per credit of course!!)
Do people in the field take an Associates degree seriously? Position I am aiming for first before climbing my way up: Assistant Administrator.
Thanks for your help!

Hello,
Does anyone know of a good internet website that plays recorded streaming educational videos for learning Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as if it were a real college level course?
I am preparing for the MCAT exam, and I NEED to brush up my skills on those subject areas. The MCAT exam is an admissions test for Medical schools.
Where can I learn all my Biology, Chemistry, and Physics online through many video sessions? I’ll be trying to cram 3 years of science courses into a one month session, IF you know what I mean. Please find out for me, and post your answers here!
If you do not know, please do not post your answers here. Post here ONLY if you know some very good internet video sites for all or some of those science courses.
Thanks.
