I am trying to go back to school to get a degree in Medical Billing or Medical Office Assisting. I have been researching online schools, since I am a stay at home Mom of 3.

Has anyone out there used a truly accredited online school, that a company will except??
I have researched ripoff report.com and some of the schools I’ve heard alot about have some really bad reviews.

If anyone out there has completed an online school degree or certificate and it actually got employment with it, please let me know what school it was, so I can check it out.

Is there any affordable accredited online school where I can get a degree in nursing or at least work towards it online like take the basic courses online (the lesser hands on stuff)??? I obviously know that you really can’t learn how to give a shot online but I plan to when I have the time transferring to a traditional college. For now online is the only way to go. So does anyone know of any online colleges where I can do that???

Places like University of Phoenix, Capella, Walden, Argosy etc. I know online course are usually fine but these schools are strictly online degrees. They are accredited but I still feel there could be some problems when getting hired. Especially if you get a degree in say Psychology/therapy
I live in an area that is in the middle of nowhere and the closest college is three hours away. I already have two degrees from real colleges. Not online

Please I would kindly need your advise on this matter. My internet connection is too slow for me to take class via conference-internet-video-lesson. I would like to have a valid (accredited and recognised) university degree. Is there any online college that would send transcript that a student can study and pass without attending those webcam lecture classes? And please can you also give me advise on some really AFFORDABLE but recognised online university degree course. Thank you for your assistants.

And if not, how so? Does online school provide good, thorough instruction? How are they accredited? Will I be as prepared for a career from learning online as I would be from studying at a community college/classroom setting? Will employers look at my resume the same for a online course as they would for a in-person course?

I need my 4th Chinese class to graduate college. My university is allowing me to take it online with any accredited university. I just want to know if there are any universities in the U.S. that offer this class online?

I am taking accounting course from an accredited school (PCDI) to be exact. After I finish my course which I estimate to be in 9 months with a diploma saying I passed will I be hired by a company. Will they take my certificate serious or will they want me to have a degree and more schooling? I know to be a CPA you have to be certified but in the accounting field must I be certified for other positions. I plan to take more schooling online and earn an associates degree will that help me out too in being promoted? Are online courses really legit in helping people get hired for the career of their dreams?

Going to class for college just doesn’t seem to be the right fit for me. I am looking for a real college where I can earn (the rest) of a 4-year degree in Criminology (or something similar) ONLINE. I don’t want one of those colleges that advertise on TV where businesses don’t actually accept the "degree" you earn. Does anyone know of a good college where I can earn a degree ONLINE? I am 20 and in my junior of college, but took some extra courses that don’t really count towards my degree so I might be classified as a sophomore in college. ANY help would be appreciated.

I have been looking online for a REAL Online medical school that is accredited, and one that isnt a scam. Id really like to know from nurses & doctors or people who have done online courses, what school/site you have used? Or if you know of any i should stay away from?

Im going to be a Junior in High School this year and the school I go to is just HORRIBLE. I’m planning on doing Online School to get my High School Diploma, from an accredited Online School of course. I am wanting to got to ITT Tech for Drafting and Design to be an architect, my question is, Would ITT Tech accept the accredited online High School Diploma?
